Eyebrow Liberator 2 in 1 Lovely Brows, 10g

Arctic fine-dispersed powder-liberator is designed for specialists in the eyebrow industry. It can be used in several directions at once: both for LIGHTENING OWN MELANIN and for REMOVING COSMETIC PIGMENT, which makes it a very versatile, effective and, at the same time, very economical tool in the master’s work.

Application method:

1. Mix 1 part of the liberator powder with 2 or 3 parts of the oxidizing emulsion 1.9 or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
2. Leave for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result.
3. Using Lovely Brows sulfate-free shampoo and a cotton pad, carefully remove the remaining mixture.

Precautions:

• It is recommended to use protective gloves during work.
• Do not use metal objects when using the product.
• An allergy test should be performed before use.
• Do not use in case of skin inflammation or allergic reactions. In case of an allergic reaction, be sure to consult a doctor!
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, wash them thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• The product is intended for persons aged 16 and over.

Use by the date indicated on the package.

Date of manufacture: 24 months before the end date of use.

Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C.

Avoid direct sunlight.
